Astounding numbers of upscale home sellers, and, buyers, leave no stone unturned to make sure that they lose huge dollars, and, have maximum aggravation. Let's be frank, you and I, tell me your immediate reaction. How about, "Oh, this isn't me, or, my social circle. We are aware, educated, sophisticated, and, Real Estate savvy 'in-the-know' movers and shakers.

In the last two weeks, two non-senior US officials indirectly called on Israel to start planning on cancelling its nuclear weapons programs. Even though they said this is not intended for the foreseeable future, their publicly terming Israel a nuclear power on a par with India and Pakistan might be a sign that the US perceives of nuclear issues as too serious to condone the double standards it employs freely on other issues.

The Flow of Trade is a major consideration of civilizations and cultures working together to insure that they can get what they need. Some areas have special crops, which grow in their regions, which the other regions would like to have. In days of the First colonies in this country, before it was a country trade with the local Indians were vital to them staying alive. Our ancestors traded with the Native Indian tribes to insure the colony had the food and things needed to get through the winter months.

The United States has no beef with the Iranian people, as we have millions of former Iranians living in our country now. But one must consider that if the Iranian people do not remove this radical regime, their civilization will further decline, until one day the regime does something so stupid that another nation or nations has to step in and make things right.
